We have had at least one Honda in our family for many years (and now have two…soon to be three!) and are always happy to give our business to Howdy Honda. No matter what the issue, it is dealt with professionally and in a courteous, friendly and timely manner. The Express Service is exactly that…express with no appointment necessary. I can usually get in and out in 45 minutes. Recently I had a bit of an emergency, however, and the time was going to be more like and hour and a half but I had to be out of there in an hour. I was going to just come back but the service representative got me in and got me out in less than an hour and saved my day! I was so impressed with his willingness to do that…no one seems to be that helpful and considerate these days and I just really appreciated it. From the Express Service to the regular service to the sales dept, every person at Howdy Honda makes you feel welcome. They are always willing to spend whatever time is necessary to explain what they are going to do or what they feel is the best course of action to take. As long as we drive Hondas, we’ll be taking our cars to Howdy Honda!
Purchased a new Honda fit. The sales and financing team was Helpful and friendly without being pushy or overly trying to sell me something. They were more concerned that I found a car I liked and gave me the opportunity to drive any that I pleased. Both Jeff in used cars and Nick in new cars were excellent, and I ended up getting a new car. They even offered to beat the financing deal I had, and they did it. Overall, a great experience purchasing a car here.
I didn’t get my civic here, but get it serviced here and will never take it anywhere else! The service dpt has the nicest, most helpful, and caring staff. They never push for unnecessary service and are VERY supportive. I’ve also never waited long at all, even when they’re packed full.

This was my first service experience with Howdy Honda, and it was excellent. While I was not offered a courtesy multi-point inspection of the vehicle up front, when I picked up the car I was pleased to see that one had been performed. I would definitely recommend the dealership to anyone I know, and I will certainly return for service in the future.
Terrific customer service from Rob Dee. We visited Howdy Honda as well as some other dealerships to look at minivans. The other dealerships didn’t compare. Rob met us outside to see if he could help us and indeed he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Quiet and calm, he provided us information on the Odyssey, the trims, their features, availability, etc. Our test drive with him was unhurried and very useful, and both my husband and I had a chance to drive and try out different maneuvers. Over the next few days, whenever I had a follow-up questions, Rob answered his phone and provided answers. And when he wasn’t certain, he looked it up and called back. He wasn’t at all pushy and provided time for us to discuss things on our own. We had a very positive experience at Howdy Honda and really appreciated the time and attention Rob Dee provided.
So this is what customer service is all about. I went through their Express Service to get an oil change and tire rotation. Got there, they jotted down some quick info and was told that they were going to try to be done as quick as possible. I headed to the waiting area which is awesome, sat down, attended to a call, then the rep who jotted down the info came to me with the inspection and proceeded to finish the work. We headed to the pick up area, took care of what I owed and I was on my way. In and out, best experience.

The finance guy was ok which for a new car finance guy means excellent.
Really, they probably deserve 5 stars but I can’t stand car dealerships so this is as good as it gets.
