My wife and I just leased our third Honda from Howdy Honda, working with Mr. Brad P. in the sales department and Don M. in the finance department. It was our third transaction with Howdy because our prior experiences were so pleasant and painless as to bring us back for a third go ‘round. Brad and Don prepared all the paperwork before we arrived to sign contracts, and both were kind and engaging with the two kids we had in tow. Car buying/leasing can be a daunting and unpleasant experience; The Howdy guys made it simple and easy.

Purchased a new Honda fit. The sales and financing team was Helpful and friendly without being pushy or overly trying to sell me something. They were more concerned that I found a car I liked and gave me the opportunity to drive any that I pleased. Both Jeff in used cars and Nick in new cars were excellent, and I ended up getting a new car. They even offered to beat the financing deal I had, and they did it. Overall, a great experience purchasing a car here.

I want to start off by saying this is one of the best dealerships out there!!! (and I have been to a lot!). I currently have a Honda and when I have to take it in to get serviced I do not dread it. I know the sales men are not going to be pushy and annoying if I decide to walk around the floor and browse over the newest cars. They provide food in the morning if you are waiting PLUS two fridges full of every drink you could imagine from soda to juice to water and of course coffee… but what makes this so fantastic is the customer service. There is a man that sits by all the service men and he is what makes visiting Howdy Honda so nice. He is kind, warm, helpful and genuinely in a great mood every time and it is contagious! As far as service goes, it has been fantastic! I have the worst luck with cars and that luck did not change when I purchased my Honda. However this dealership and their district manager have gone ABOVE AND BEYOND to make everything right and make sure that I am happy. Another great thing about Honda.. THEY HAVE LONER CARS!!!! Such a small thing that makes a difference! Hope this helps!

This was my first service experience with Howdy Honda, and it was excellent. While I was not offered a courtesy multi-point inspection of the vehicle up front, when I picked up the car I was pleased to see that one had been performed. I would definitely recommend the dealership to anyone I know, and I will certainly return for service in the future.
